I'm Victor Kublanov, a Business Analyst with extensive experience in managing Scrum development teams. Currently, I'm managing 4 teams with a total of 45 team members in the healthcare domain. In my role, I work closely with the onsite Delivery Manager, customer stakeholders, and the development team to ensure project success.
One of my passions is helping to grow up beginner specialists such as Associate Business Analysts and switchers from other roles to management. As a people manager, I'm dedicated to mentoring team members and helping them develop their skills. I have essential skills in business analysis, product vision, product management, and mentorship.
